Mahesh Narayanan's C U soon is a gripping thriller movie which is outstanding in all the aspects.By considering the limitations imposed during this pandemic most of the scenes are shot indoors.This well crafted desktop film is not gonna disappoint you.You might even wonder how the film is portraying the whole story just by a computer screen.Even with just 4-5 characters the movie was able to hold the audience for the whole 1hr 38 mins.The main highlight of the movie is that it discusses about a serious social issue.


Now moving to the acting side Fahadh Faasil once again surprises with his realistic performance.This man surely has created his own space in Malayalam film industry.Roshan and Darshana are simply amazing and was beyond expectations.
This movie is about two individuals Jimmy(Roshan) and Anu(Darshana).They get to know each other through an online space.The story took its turn when Jimmy proposes to Anu and his mother seeks the help of his cousin Kevin(Fahadh) to track the online history of anu.The characters in this film has multiple shades so you cannot guess what happens next which will surely make you glued to the seats.Hatsoff to mahesh narayanan-the captain of the ship for making such a brilliant movie.
This onam release is definitely an onam gift to all the movie lovers especially to the suspense thriller fans.This film is setting a new benchmark for the film making process.Just go for it!!

The film is technically brilliant. Firstly the commendable Direction of Photography especially for the first 20 minutes and the last half an hour. The DOP was so raw, rustic and astounding. The pile of people sequence in the climax was astoudning to watch and the camera department rocked. Then the music was used both creatively and sensibly. The film's background score although repeatative, sounded so authentic and innovative. No one could've ever thought of that kind of BGM for a raw and rustic film like this. And sesible because where the scene has to be left silent to feel the pulse, BGM was avoided totally without any other second thought. Music was great. When it comes to screenplay, especially the scene which elaborates on the past conflict between Anthony and Kuttachan, the screenplay was so smooth and perfect.
